A comfortable place in the outskirts of Zwolle

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The design overall is very nice with the rooms laid out around an atrium with a nice piece of light art drawing you in. The bathroom is designed in a spacious and original way, too, with an Italian style shower, separate wash basin area and again separate toilet. Easy to park. Staff was very friendly and provided us with very useful information even for a very brief stay.

It is quite a way from the centre, so you need a car to get about. Our room was quite loud with the noise from the motorway, but I think there are other sides of the building that do not have this noise. Also, I am very sensitive to noise.

Good hotel on the edge of the city.

Easy check in, nice staff, Nespresso with different flavors incl decaf in the room. There was a big bathtub separate from the shower, and separate toilet. Just found everything to be quite easy at this hotel.

No complaints! I was there for a one night stay.

great clean hotel with friendly staff

nice clean room, due to covid diner was served in the room but was really nice and very good priced. Unfortunately due to covid the bar and restaurant were closed. But you could order food and drinks. Quick service in the room.

Parking by the hotel was expensive.

Breakfast was superb. The breakfast team really went out of their way to make sure it exceeded expectations: every day that little bit extra, impressive in what must be taxing times for them.

I was really pleased and will definitely be back.

The ladies at the front desk are really nice and welcoming. The room is quiet, with a nice balcony where a smoker like me can smoke without any problems, you have a view of the stadium and everything works perfectly, both room service, Wi-fi and the main services. For a business trip, of short duration, it is perfect.

Cleanliness is grade 8, so great, if I may recommend, I would try to improve the grade to 9 or 10.

Great staff turned an average stay into a good one.

The staff was very helpful whenever we had a request or problem. Also the bathtub was wonderful as it was very long. As long as we kept our windows closed it was a very quiet hotel also even so close to the main road,

Would have liked to see some handle or rail near the toilet to assist getting up and down from the stool. It was hard for us older folks. Also not being able to sit in the lobby after five due to Covid rules seemed a bit excessive.
